Choosing to hire a coach means that you are ready to make change in your life.
People are meant to be seeking their own form of peak performance: peak relationships, peak physical health, peak mental health, peak workplace or school performance, peak habits and routines. Peak performance requires conscious, methodical movement upwards.
My background is in Life Coaching and Education. These aspects come out in my athletic coaching relationships through my coaching philosophy.
A coach helps make that path seem clear and achievable.
My Method:
Understand your desire to change (What do you want to be different than it is?)
Establish an over-arching goal
Create smaller goals and benchmarks to measure success
Evaluate unhelpful thinking styles
Evaluate unhelpful habits and routines
Create action steps and measurable plans
Create systems of support and accountability
Consistent evaluation of progress during coaching sessions
Gradual reduction of support structure to encourage independence
