1:1 personalized training and coaching.
All tiers of coaching include a personally customized weekly training plan through Training Peaks. A premium account through Training Peaks is included.
Weekly conversations via call or text to ensure Health, Wellness, Stress, and Recovery are in balance.
I will work with you to create meaningful mid-term and long-term goals. We will then create a plan and make ongoing adjustments to ensure relentless and sustainable progress towards those goals.
Target sports: Cycling, running, triathlon, strength and conditioning, aerobic fitness and general conditioning.
The Standard Plan: For athletes looking to add proven training methodologies to their lives. Includes periodic phone calls as needed (ie. goal setting, pre-race, race debriefing). Open text and email dialogues to navigate changes and adaptations to the weekly plan.
Athletic Life Coaching: This is our premier option for athletes seeking to make the most forward progress on their goals. Includes weekly coaching sessions via phone or facetime equivalent. These calls will be tailored to your unique needs. Common areas of work are: habit creation, follow through, accountability, balancing the complexities of life, creating complex action plans to achieve desired outcomes, discussions of all outside of sport factors that relate to your relationship with sport, and the transference of sport.
